Her interview of Tien Nguyen, Science Reporter at Chemical and Engineering News, provided such useful tips. Tien delights in the challenge of explaining the complex science behind everyday life. Now a reformed chemist, she first got hooked on science communication while completing a PhD in organic chemistry. In 2014, she dove into the writing world as a BWF Fellow for The Open Notebook and as a communications specialist for Princeton’s Department of Chemistry.
