Help us train tomorrow’s science communicators, become a cSw Sponsor today by donating one of the following amounts:

Up to $99 Friend – Your funds go directly to support the Curious Science Writers program in the area of most need.

$100 to $499 Partner – Your support allows us to provide the tools needed for students to have a real-life experience as a science communicator. From digital writing pads for graphic designers, to resources for writers and editors, to software and programs that help students create content on social media to share science stories with their peers.

$500 Student Sponsor -Your gift sponsors a student. This ensures your student’s access to science communications experts, a professional mentor, digital resources such as the AP Style Guide, internet access (if needed) and other resources.

$1,000 Boot Camp Scholarship Fund – Your donation provides a full scholarship to eligible students in financial need. It covers the program tuition plus provides items described in “Student Sponsor” level.

$2,000 Classroom and Education Fund – Your generosity enhances the educational infrastructure for Curious Science Writers. It helps secure a professional high school educator to facilitate the program, aids in the development of effective and engaging lesson plans, and ensures the most up-to-date classroom techniques, tools and materials for teaching science writing.

$5,000 Program Sponsor -Your charitable contribution helps to sustain the overall program. This includes website maintenance, staff support, partnership development, regular meetings with students, editing sessions, training sessions for students and program expansion efforts. Curious Science Writers is the only program of its kind that trains high school students to write about science for public audiences. Your gift ensures this program expands exponentially to reach students across the nation and beyond.
